Mac has served as Director of Business Development since Parthenon’s inception in 1999. He was previously employed with Hilliard Lyons Trust Company as President, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors. He is an attorney, Certified Public Accountant and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
He received his LLM from the University of Miami (1976), his JD from the University of Louisville (1975) and his BA from Washington & Lee University (1969). He has investment experience since 1976.
Mac is a retired Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve and has served as Chairman of the Kentucky Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation since 1993. Since 2003, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cave Hill Cemetery. He is both a past Council Commissioner and a past Council President of the Lincoln Heritage Council Boy Scouts of America. Also, he is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Metro Louisville YMCA. Additionally, he is a life member of the University of Louisville Board of Overseers.
Mac is married to Sally and they have four adult children.
