Tony has served as Director of Fixed Income Management since Parthenon’s inception in 1999. His previous experience includes five years at Hilliard Lyons in various positions, including Director of Institutional Fixed Income and Chairman of the Investment Trust Committee.

Prior to Hilliard Lyons, he was at Farm Credit Bank of Louisville for fourteen years with responsibilities including heading the Finance Department, serving as Director of Asset/Liability Management, and managing over $4 billion in investment and debt portfolios.

He received an MS in Economics from the University of Kentucky (1979) and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Western Kentucky University (1978). Tony has investment experience since 1980.

Tony currently serves on the Board of Directors for Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve (where he is Chair of the Finance Committee) and Thrive Forest School (serving as Chair of the Need Based Scholarship and Financial Oversight Committees). He also serves on the Board of Pensions for the Kentucky United Methodist Churches (UMC). He is a member at Christ Church UMC currently serving on the Administrative Council and as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. Tony has been active in the Rotary Club of Louisville and served on the Board of Directors and as Club Treasurer.
