Louisville Business First’s Power 50 list highlights 50 of the most influential people in Greater Louisville’s business and related communities. To compile the Power 50 for 2023, LBF again solicited nominations from the public as well as considered candidates from LBF reporting and sourcing.
Todd Lowe
President and founder, Parthenon LLCTodd Lowe is at the helm of Parthenon, an investment advisory firm managing $1.1 billion for 225 clients. He’s been with that firm since its founding in 1999 but prior to that helped lead one of Louisville’s financial powerhouses, J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc., now part of Baird. Along with the work at his firm, Lowe, who began his academic career at University of Louisville as a music major, is well known for his efforts in helping nonprofits, particularly in the arts.
Lowe is immediate past board president of Fund for the Arts, Louisville Public Media and Kentucky College of Art + Design. He is also a past chair of Actors Theatre, Speed Art Museum, Kentucky Arts Council and CFA Society of Louisville, and served on the boards of National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, Louisville Orchestra and in global volunteer roles for CFA Institute.
